چکیده

This study aimed at assessing the correlations between gene expression of TNF-α, IFN-γ, TGF-β in peripheral lymphocytes from women suffering repeated implantation failure before and after intravenous Intra-lipid (IL) therapy, correlation changes with IL infusion success rate IVF cycles. Twenty-three complaining unexplained infertility without history autoimmune disorders, or immunodeficient diseases were included. All included aged <40 years, BMI <28 recurrent cycles failure, seeking medical advice for new trial. average responders to induction ovulation (≥5 oocytes each cycle) good quality embryos transferred uterus proper time. Included received 200 ml 10% slowly intravenous. Two venous blood samples taken all candidates, one second was day embryo transfer. The current detected a significant reduction TNF-α increased TGF-β, while non-significant IFN-γ treatment. Significant associations positive clinical ongoing pregnancy observed, associated only pregnancy. In conclusion, therapy might have impact on rates via alterations cytokines mainly mRNA expression.

Comparison of cytokines IL10, IFN-Y, TNF-α, TGF-β and antioxidant enzymes glutathione reductase and glutathione peroxidase in saliva and serum of Iranian patients with alopecia totalis

The aim of this study was to investigate the possibility of using saliva instead of serum (as a simpler method without the need for blood sampling) to determine the level of some cytokines and enzymes. In this study, the levels of cytokines IL10, IFN-Y, TNF-α, TGF-β and the antioxidant enzymes glutathione reductase and glutathione peroxidase were measured in the saliva and serum of three patien...
